With our new team function, employees, machines, vehicles and tools can be grouped together as a team and then assigned to projects jointly. This is particularly well suited to companies with consistent teams or surfacing crews in road construction.
How do I create a team in Vanillaplan?
In the first step, open the Teams view in the master data. Here you create and manage new teams. In the second step, under Team view in the planning area, you can assign employees, vehicles, machines and tools to the teams you have already created. Finally, you schedule the teams onto the projects in the deployment planning. The recorded workload of the team corresponds to the sum of the working hours of the individual employees, so that resource consumption and the "actual values" remain correct.
