The first shortcut relates to filtering departments - this works in the deployment plans, the absence plan and the capacity plan. Click the filter icon in the toolbar so that a further menu appears in which, among other things, the individual departments can be selected or deselected. A single click on a department deselects it, a double click on the department you want selects it. This gives you a lightning-fast overview of all your departments.
For the next shortcut we go into deployment planning, more precisely into the project view. Here you can double-click in a field to select all resources in that field at once - in order to move them, for example. This can be useful for quickly moving all resources from one project to another in the event of unforeseen changes.
Finally, a useful trick for the absence plan. Here you can enter an absence for all employees with a single click on the date. This makes it quick and easy to enter company holidays or company events for the entire workforce.
