Behind our team are different people, but we all have one thing in common: we are enthusiastic, highly motivated and want to keep moving Vanillaplan forward. Whether in IT, in sales or in marketing.
The cornerstones of our work are flat hierarchies, harmonious cooperation and a relaxed working atmosphere. We all like coming into the office in the morning, have a little chat in between and usually enjoy our lunch together. So that we can all work well and in a relaxed way, there are no fixed working hours; instead our work is based on trust.
It is important to us that everyone can implement their own ideas in their specialist area and that we live a culture of exchange, because we want to make our product better as a team. So that we stay curious, receive interesting input and are always up to date, further training is a top priority for us. So it may be that we take time for an interesting article, attend a course as a team or take part in further training individually. Some of us are studying part-time at university or at a university of applied sciences. In this way everyone specialises in something different and can ultimately contribute their skills to our joint project.
What ultimately defines our team is our diversity. We value a balanced proportion of women and men, from different cultures, as well as of people starting out in their careers and those with long experience behind them, who either catch fire with enthusiasm for an idea or bring their rich experience to bear.
And one important thing must not be forgotten: we all love vanilla ice cream and take joy and fun in the work we do for our customers.

The Vanillaplan team introduces itself!

We are Vanillaplan! Since January 2020 we have been at home in these beautiful offices with a secluded courtyard in the heart of Basel. Since then our team has grown continuously and there are now eight of us on board.
