To display the inventory only, in the resource view you can double-click the cog icon in the top bar to hide all resources except the inventory. You can then use a further filter function to show and hide specific sub-categories. For the fleet management use case, select all vehicles here. You now see the vehicle scheduling for the current week.
To get an even better overview of vehicle utilisation, you can switch to the multi-week view (for example seven or ten weeks). In addition, you can switch back and forth between the dates in the top bar to cover an even longer time horizon. Once you have got an overview, you can now identify vehicles that are little used. Because possible absences such as repair and service appointments are also visible in this view, you can for example also determine which vehicles have not been serviced for some time.
