First of all, get in touch with us, either by telephone, by email or via our contact form. We will advise you on how your company - including all departments and project phases - can best be represented in Vanillaplan. We then send you an Excel template in which you can enter your master data. We open an account for you and enter your data directly. You also receive a detailed explanation of the software, and then we activate your account.
Once all your data has been entered into Vanillaplan and your account has been activated, you can use Vanillaplan productively and in full for 14 days free of charge. That also includes full support. During these 14 days you will receive a written quotation from us so that you can decide which subscription is right for you. Once you have decided, you will receive an invoice from us for the subscription taken out. The best part is that after taking out a subscription you can simply carry on working with Vanillaplan. You do not need to create a new account or re-enter your data; everything is already there from your trial phase.
