1. How did you come across Vanillaplan?
We were contacted by email around last spring. After a while we thought the software could be interesting.
2. What made you decide to use Vanillaplan?
We saw the video from az Holz AG. Since they also work in the timber construction sector and it works for them, that convinced us. The first impression of the tool was convincing too, and above all the fact that you can drag everything back and forth is very good. All resources are compatible across all features. If I adjust something in the absence plan, it is immediately visible in the deployment plan, for example.
3. How did you find getting started with the software?
Very good. Remigius Stalder even presented the software to us personally and entered our data. The tool is very user-friendly. It was a good start.
4. What is the most important thing about Vanillaplan for you?
The capacity plan, the fact that you can use several departments and also sort them, the clarity and the links between things.
5. What has changed in your company as a result of Vanillaplan?
No resource was ever forgotten. There were no absences, misunderstandings or double bookings. In future I hope for an increase in efficiency and no planning errors.
6. How is Vanillaplan's support (email, telephone etc.)?
I am satisfied, it is very straightforward. Great support.
